From Unit Interiors to the Clubhouse: One Installer, Every Surface

When a multifamily developer brought us in on their new communities, the core scope was straightforward: kitchen and bathroom countertops for every unit. That’s the work we’ve built our reputation on. It means fabricating and installing at volume, keeping finishes consistent from the first unit to the last, and staying on the schedule the rest of the build depends on.

The clubhouse asked for something different.

Reception: Waterfall Countertops

The clubhouse reception area is the first thing prospective residents see. It called for waterfall-edge countertops, where the surface continues down the sides of the counter to the floor. That detail leaves no room for error. Seams, edge alignment, and fit all have to be exact, because nothing is hidden.

Pool Area: Outdoor Kitchen

Out by the pool, we installed the countertops for an outdoor kitchen. Exterior surfaces have to stand up to sun, weather, and heavy use from residents and their guests, so this part of the project drew on the same experience behind our hardscape work.

Resident Work Area

The clubhouse also includes a dedicated workspace for residents, with desk and computer stations. We installed the work surfaces, which had to be built for daily use rather than display.

Why It Matters to Developers

Unit countertops and amenity spaces often go to separate vendors. Keeping both with one installer means one point of contact, one standard of quality across the property, and no handoff gaps between the residential and common-area scopes.

That’s the kind of project we’re built for. If you have a development coming up that needs a partner from the unit level to the amenity spaces, we’d like to talk.
